Stick to that New Year’s resolution with Staylean Tea.

… & let me tell you a secret.

No it’s not that I get up at 2am & eat fried chicken every morning even though I tell my partner off for eating junk food, or that sometimes I type “sent from my iPhone” even when I’m at my computer so I can get away with a one sentence reply. It’s not even that sometimes I blame my son for leaving stuff around the house. Stuff that I actually left there.

It’s that I think I’ve found a pretty easy way to get rid of the bump over my abdominal muscles that my six year old son sometimes pretends is a mountain to drive his Hot Wheels cars over.

It’s Stay Lean Tea.

The best 14 day tea detox.
The best 14 day tea cleanser.

Lean in…

Ridiculous? That’s what I thought. You see, growing up in a predominantly asian household, we were very familiar with these little green boxes filled with “diet tea bags”. I’m not sure why I drank them (ok, I was lazy & didn’t want to exercise) but they never really did anything, except wake me up at 3am every morning.

But what’s the different between that & this tea & pretty much every other diet tea that’s taken over the fitness market? Stay Lean doesn’t contain any ingredients that cause a laxative effect. You can take it at any time of the day without having to worry about.. that

The packaging does indicate when to take it though, I suppose this is to make sure you get the maximum benefit from the tea.

I wasn’t going to post this until I had finished the whole 14 day course but I have been so surprised with the results that I thought I’d share this product sooner rather than later. I’m not going to post a before & after of my stomach because nobody wants to see that, but I can honestly attest to it’s results. Usually I eat ridiculous amounts of food (this screen cap from one of my favourite movies sums up pretty well) but Stay Lean Tea is the only thing I’ve found so far, besides a bottle of tequila in ten minutes that has been able to curb my eating habits.

It also claims to:

✔  Burns fat & boosts the metabolism ✔ Detoxifies the body ✔ Suppresses appetite ✔ Removes toxins from the digestive tract ✔ Reduce bloating and water retention

without the use of laxatives.

You don’t need to take my word (or their’s) for it though, here’s a 10% discount code for you so you can try it out yourself: botrc15

UPDATE: Today is my last day of Stay Lean Tea & I completely recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of help on their weight-loss journey. The tea has stopped me from eating so much & if you know me, you’ll know I used to eat constantly & even more when I’m bored. I’ve also started going to the gym this gym as well, so I’m not sure how it would go without an exercise regime (my workouts are quite lazy) but the tea tastes great & doesn’t have that horrible taste of most weight-loss teas, so why not give it a go?

This post is in collaboration with Stay Lean Tea & all opinions are honest & my own.

  • Shannon I’ve learnt 2 things about you and 1 thing I need to learn from. You grew up in an Asian household and has a 6 year old child? How do you look so fit?! And do you mind teaching me how to create such an effect with the tea self-stirring in the cup?

This time I really can’t wait to hear from you! Happy Wednesday dear x

    • Ah yes, I live quite a strange & confusing life.

Also, growing up in an Asian household is sort of a given when you have an asian mother 😛

The cup – I just stirred the cup (with my brother’s toothbrush LOL, because I filmed this in the bathroom & it was the closest thing to me), trimmed the video, looped it & converted it into a gif.

      Happy Wednesday! x

PS. Don’t tell my brother. If he knew one of his possessions came into contact with something healthy, he’d probably kill me.

      • Haha! Asian mother. Wait till you leave a dirty plate on the table!

Oh I see..Was actually thinking how did you manage to do the gif with a ‘stagnant’ background. That’s a lot of work done! Also, don’t worry, I wont tell your brother.

        Hahaha! Happy Thursday Shannon x

        • Yep! I’ve definitely copped a less than pleasant outcome more than once from leaving dirty plates around! Haha

Also, there’s nothing moving in the picture except the tea swirling around, which is probably why the background is completely still 😛

  • I love the teas! sound so great! Thanks for stopping on my blog!

  • Lol, my house has so many detox tea floating around. I’ve always wanted to try a cleanse tea, the bitterness of the herbal teas always put me off. But this one seems like it would taste nice. The goji berries would probably give a sweet flavour to it. might try the 14 week pack to a try!

    • Hi Kay! I probably should have mentioned it in the post, but Stay Lean Tea definitely isn’t bitter. The taste is actually quite mild & it’s nice to drink like a normal tea would be. I didn’t detect any goji berry taste (good, because I don’t like goji berries haha) but I could really taste rose & lavender in the Lean Cleanse packet. Very relaxing to have in the afternoon!
      Hope that helps a bit!
