Keeping it simple (but always stylish) in a professional outfit for the professional work woman (or expert eater).
I don’t work in an office as of now, unless you count laying on the floor in front of the pantry while balancing a laptop on my knees watching giraffe fights working from an office, but I totally could be (& definitely should be this semester) in this Forcast outfit. It fits both the professional & minimalist bill & it’s a lot more pleasant on the eyes in contrast to those drab, camel-coloured trouser suits I see women walking around the city in during the lunch time rush. Forcast proves you can definitely wear a professional outfit without looking like Hillary Clinton.
& don’t you just love it when you find a piece that’s so versatile, it transforms into another thing all together. Well this Ametrine The Label bag almost does. It goes from sleek work shoulder bag to pack mule backpack so you don’t break your arm off while carrying around a bunch of books & files (or in my case, snacks) everywhere. Just wear the bag on your commute & then when you’re almost there, you can quickly switch the straps over to turn it into a minimalist shoulder bag & walk in to your job as if you just carried 10 kilos of paperwork on your shoulder like it’s nothing.
